By coaching team members, supporting client acquisition and retention, and maintaining accurate programming and progress records, the role contributes to club goals and member support.

What you'll do

• Assist with development and fitness expertise of personal training team members
• meet new-client acquisition and retention targets
• deliver the CrunchOne Kickoff experience and drive appointments. Counsel members on nutrition, movement, supplementation, coaching, and accountability in line with their goals. Maintain accurate client programming and progress tracking, respond to member inquiries within 24 hours, report results and action plans, and attend required meetings and training. Prepare and deliver fitness programs, demonstrate safe exercise techniques, schedule sessions, and meet service and revenue expectations.
