What you'll do

• Place daily parts orders
• stock and post incoming orders
• assist the parts manager with weekly stock orders
• maintain an up-to-date parts price list
• return parts and remove them from inventory after credit is received
• return cores and follow up on credits
• match purchase orders and invoices, approve them, and forward them to accounting
• assist with annual parts inventory
• assist with parts department telephone coverage.
