What you'll do

• Administer and manage resident assessments
• conduct regular checks and communicate about resident wellbeing
• develop care plans and assessment schedules
• gather resident data
• use RAI, MDS 3.0, QM, CBQM, and MBP manuals
• follow up on complaints and incidents
• coordinate with stakeholders on care implementation
• report findings and recommendations
• follow MDS processes for legal compliance
• support the director and administrator in a nurse-manager capacity.
