The Landscape Installation Crew Member works onsite in Durham, NC. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. For Garden’s Sake provides landscape design, installation, and lawn maintenance services to customers. This role helps bring custom landscape designs to life through planting, irrigation and lighting installation, drainage work, and hardscape construction. Crew members operate equipment, work with teammates, and interact professionally with clients to deliver finished outdoor spaces.

What you'll do

• Plant shrubs, trees, and flowers and install sod
• install and repair drainage, irrigation, landscape lighting, and site amenities
• assist with stone and paver patios, retaining walls, edging, steppers, and dry creek beds
• operate trucks, trailers, loaders, and landscaping equipment
• interact professionally with clients and crew members
• work with the team to complete landscape installations.
