What you'll do

• Assist with skilled trades duties and courthouse cleaning
• help repair, install, and test systems and equipment
• conduct building and systems checks
• inspect grounds, elevators, fire extinguishers, and bathrooms for needed repairs
• perform minor repairs, preventive maintenance, painting, patching, and general building repairs
• work with subcontractors
• maintain assigned building keys
• fill in for a Senior Maintenance Technician I as needed.
