What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Major Gifts team
• manage a portfolio of major-gift prospects and engagement plans
• partner with executive leaders, boards, volunteers, and donors
• establish annual major-gift goals
• help develop and evaluate the strategic plan
• lead major-gift and Constellation Society strategies
• identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors
• track progress toward revenue goals using Salesforce and chapter processes
• travel throughout the chapter, including overnight travel up to 40%.
