Senior Litigation Associate — Wage and Hour

The Senior Litigation Associate — Wage and Hour role is onsite five days per week in Houston, TX. Pay is $170,000–$220,000 per year. The role is with a plaintiff-side wage-and-hour boutique representing workers in complex class and collective actions. The associate handles substantive litigation alongside the firm’s named partners, managing cases from discovery through hearings, mediation, and trial while contributing to case strategy and mentoring junior attorneys.

What you'll do

• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial work
• draft and manage discovery, motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence
• manage an active nationwide docket of Fair Labor Standards Act class and collective actions
• participate in settlement negotiations
• mentor junior attorneys and the briefing team.
