The Behavior Technician — Childcare Experience role is primarily in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, in Bethesda, MD. Pay is $23–$29 per hour, with an additional $0.50 per hour for Spanish speakers and another $0.50 per hour after completing Registered Behavior Technician certification. Autism Learning Partners supports children and teens with autism and their families. The technician helps children build skills through play and structured activities, encourages progress, records session work, and supports families. The role contributes to individualized services through consistent engagement and documentation, with training provided toward RBT certification.
