Maintenance Technician — Talavera Apartment Homes

What you'll do

• Complete service requests, callbacks, and work orders
• complete make-ready sheets and turn vacant apartments
• maintain pools, spas, grounds, and the maintenance shop
• respond to after-hours calls and emergencies
• perform assigned maintenance projects
• participate in the on-call rotation and weekend availability while on call.
