What you'll do

• Manage assigned projects or scopes from kickoff through closeout
• maintain schedules and coordination plans
• track budgets, commitments, labor productivity, and forecasts
• prepare and track change orders
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and procurement
• manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and correspondence
• manage owner billing processes
• participate in client and contractor meetings
• identify and address risks
• support safety and quality compliance
• coordinate punch lists, commissioning, and closeout documentation.
