The Certified Nursing Assistant role is onsite in Albert Lea, MN, with morning shifts from 6:45 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and evening shifts from 2:45 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Pay is $22.60–$23.15 per hour. St. John’s Lutheran Community provides physical, emotional, social, and Christian care for elders with dignity and respect. The CNA provides direct resident care under registered nurse or licensed practical nurse supervision, supporting daily living needs, monitoring vital signs, documenting resident information, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.

What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care under RN or LPN supervision
• assist with bathing, dressing, and feeding
• monitor and record vital signs
• document resident information in electronic health records
