What you'll do

• Serve as a liaison for vendors and providers
• support bank reconciliation and end-of-day balancing
• research and resolve payment balances
• review unapplied payments and coordinate refunds
• manage legacy claim inventory and aged accounts receivable
• research payer policies
• resolve escalated billing inquiries
• submit corrected claims and appeals
• identify denial patterns and recommend workflow improvements
• oversee compliance
• supervise revenue cycle team members.
