The Residential Program Supervisor — Evenings role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with pay of $20.10–$23.00 per hour. Lawrence Hall provides trauma-informed services to youth, families, and communities; this position supports its Child & Family Treatment Center residential program. The supervisor oversees evening residential operations and direct-care staff to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth. The role responds to crises, coordinates operational needs, and works with clinical, educational, and residential teams to support treatment goals.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support Youth Treatment Specialists
• maintain safety, staffing coverage, schedules, and daily operations
• respond to behavioral incidents using trauma-informed de-escalation
• complete documentation and shift communications
• coordinate transportation, appointments, and emergency responses
• and collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams.
