What you'll do

• Support classroom teachers in planning and implementing curriculum
• monitor classroom operations and staff-to-child ratios
• maintain educational and behavioral records in compliance with licensing regulations
• coordinate field trips and permissions
• ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
• participate in team planning and staff development.
