Compliance Officer — Fleet Inspections and Driver Training

What you'll do

• Review statewide inspection expiration reports and employer records
• inspect vehicle systems and documentation
• verify driver logs, permits, and licenses
• identify regulatory violations and place vehicles or drivers out of service when required
• train NEMT providers and drivers in PASS, first aid and CPR, and defensive driving
• investigate incidents
• support safety meetings
• communicate compliance concerns
• and maintain provider vehicle documentation. Frequent overnight travel, nights, weekends, and after-hours availability are stated.
