The work supports AI research teams by improving training-data quality and model performance through independent, asynchronous contributions.

What you'll do

• Write modeling problems based on systems shipped, including data, objectives, constraints, and reference answers
• grade model-written training and evaluation code
• check whether loss functions match objectives and evaluate dataset integrity
• flag approaches that may fail in production because of distribution shift, label noise, or incorrect metric rewards
• work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines
• collaborate with AI research teams to improve training-data quality and downstream performance.
