The Registered Nurse Consultant role combines onsite visits to VitaCare Living communities in Rice Lake, WI, with remote work based on community needs. What you'll do

• Complete resident assessments and update Individual Service Plans
• review psychotropic medications, wounds, skin conditions, changes in condition, and new medical orders
• audit medication carts and MARs and reconcile medications with physician orders
• delegate medication administration and verify staff competency
• audit resident records, training files, incident reports, and emergency preparedness documentation
• support survey preparation and plans of correction
• educate staff and coach community leaders
• provide written findings and recommendations.
