Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist role is onsite at the Morristown, TN manufacturing facility. Pay is $60,000–$72,000 per year. The role supports the facility’s day-to-day people needs and partners with site leaders, reporting to the site General Manager. The generalist manages site recruitment and HR administration, supports employees and supervisors with routine HR matters, coordinates plant communications, and assists with administrative aspects of environmental, health, and safety programs. These responsibilities help maintain staffing, employee support, and accurate site records and processes.

What you'll do

• Manage recruitment for Morristown positions, especially production and skilled manufacturing roles
• coordinate postings, screening, interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and staffing records
• process HRIS transactions and maintain personnel records
• serve as a first point of contact on HR policies, benefits processes, attendance, and routine questions
• support employee relations documentation
• track training and policy acknowledgments
• coordinate leave and accommodation requests
• prepare plant communications
• coordinate EHS records, documentation, reporting, incident documentation, corrective action tracking, and audit preparation.
