CCTV Operator / Tap Cutter

Job overview

The CCTV Operator / Tap Cutter role is onsite in Baltimore, MD. Pay is $33–$38 per hour, depending on experience. Spiniello is an infrastructure contractor performing underground utility, water, wastewater, and heavy civil construction projects. The operator inspects sewer and water lines and supports pipeline rehabilitation using CCTV equipment and robotic cutters. Accurate inspection records and assistance with liner installation and lateral reinstatement help crews diagnose pipeline conditions and complete rehabilitation work safely.

What you'll do

• Perform and document CCTV inspections of sewer and water lines
• operate robotic self-propelled cutters and related computer systems
• assist with CIPP liner installation and lateral reinstatement
• operate a company vehicle when necessary and maintain equipment as directed
• follow safety procedures, wear appropriate safety gear, and report hazards.

Why this role

CCTV, prior CIPP, lateral reinstatement, and NASSCO PACP experience or certification are required. OSHA 10 certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean record are required. Company-paid PACP training may be available; extended travel of one month or longer may be required.
