By closing operational loops and simplifying recurring work, the role creates capacity for broader company projects and may grow toward Chief of Staff responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate bookkeeping, fractional CFO, and accounting
• manage invoices, payments, renewals, and tax deadlines
• run hiring operations with the recruiter, including pipelines, scheduling, offers, agreements, and onboarding
• manage vendors, contracts, subscriptions, and legal coordination
• track priorities, meetings, goals, reporting, owners, and deadlines
• build and document practical AI workflows and automations
• support founder calendar, meeting preparation, and occasional personal logistics
• research operational needs and carry solutions through.
