What you'll do

• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network, connectivity, and performance issues
• use remote monitoring and management tools
• respond to incidents within service-level targets
• document work and daily time entries
• identify opportunities to reduce repeat incidents through process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tools
• support Windows, Microsoft 365, and network/security environments.
