The Line Cook role is onsite in Miami, FL, at maman’s Edgewater location. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. maman is a French bakery and café serving baked goods, coffee, breakfast, and lunch. The role prepares and cooks menu items to recipe, portion, and service standards, helping the kitchen deliver consistent, safe, and appealing food during service. It also supports kitchen operations through prep, station upkeep, and coordination with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portioning, and service standards
• assist with daily prep
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• monitor food levels and restock stations
• maintain a clean, organized workstation
• follow food safety and sanitation standards and complete line checks
• label, date, and store food
• assist with receiving deliveries
• communicate issues to the Kitchen Leader
• coordinate food production with the kitchen team
• support the front-of-house team when required
• attend to special orders and dietary requests, including allergens
• present food consistently.
