What you'll do

• Lead application sustainment and functional support
• manage support for Power Apps, Dynamics, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure-hosted applications
• coordinate user administration
• support upgrades, release management, and configuration
• develop application rationalization inputs
• support as-is/to-be architecture planning
• coordinate software catalog and license data with the IT asset management lead.
