Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems
• repair or replace equipment, fixtures, and appliances
• and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as needed. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, keep work areas safe, maintain repair records, assist with renovations and installations, monitor supplies, and coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs.
