What you'll do

• Ensure regulatory, security, and bank policy compliance
• train, motivate, and coach teller staff
• schedule coverage
• conduct performance reviews and monitor the Teller Bonus Program
• maintain currency levels and order cash
• conduct audits and security tests
• interview and hire staff
• make check and cash disbursement decisions and sign official checks
• participate in branch sales referral goals
• work at a teller window as needed
• monitor timecards and complete reports.
