What you'll do

• Process warranty claims and returns
• review documentation and validate eligibility
• track cases through resolution
• respond to inquiries about returns, replacements, shipping, and coverage
• escalate complex issues
• coordinate replacement product picking, packing, and shipment
• maintain records and share recurring trends with Retail Sales and Quality teams.
