What you'll do

• Research and respond to internal support requests
• trace transactions through authorization, capture, void, refund, settlement, and reconciliation
• investigate errors and declines
• configure client and merchant accounts, terminals, and integrations
• query Azure Table and Blob Storage
• prepare validated reports and data extracts
• troubleshoot web, backend, API, and terminal connectivity issues
• reproduce and document issues
• escalate confirmed defects with evidence
• maintain scripts, queries, knowledge articles, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
• support defect triage and release validation
• follow PCI DSS and secure data-handling practices.
