What you'll do

• Prepare accounts payable invoices for project manager approval
• invoice projects as directed
• post cash receipts
• maintain records of completed work
• monitor subcontractor sworn statements, waivers, and potential liens
• issue checks after customer payment
• prepare waivers and notify subcontractors when checks are ready
• process executed subcontractor change orders
• verify contract information in Sage and/or Procore
• make job cost adjustments as directed
• send Notices of Furnishing by certified mail as requested
• prepare customer reports
• follow up on outstanding customer payments.
