• Lead an inclusive classroom
• plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
• adapt activities to children’s needs and abilities
• observe and document development to guide learning and individualized support
• provide one-to-one support when needed
• build relationships with children and families
• coach and mentor Assistant Teachers.
