What you'll do

• Conduct market research and market analysis
• develop and author acquisition documentation with requiring offices
• perform substantive research and analysis
• prepare determination and findings documentation for MIPRs
• work with program teams on compliant contractual acquisition documents and close-out documentation
• advise technical experts on acquisition planning and contractual matters
• develop performance criteria and SOW/PWS requirements
• assist with source-selection criteria and independent government cost estimates
• coordinate milestones with technical experts and contracting offices.
