Conducting inpatient rounds and managing acute psychiatric issues, with or without residents and/or nurse practitioners. Taking calls and responding to psychiatric residents to staff cases. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team. Providing supervision or consultation to residents and/or nurse practitioners when present.
