What you'll do

• Train, coach, and evaluate cleaning staff

• serve as keyholder and conduct weekly inventory checks
• perform cleaning and maintenance tasks when needed
• communicate with clients and relay feedback to management
• conduct quality checks
• report equipment issues
• maintain records of tasks, schedules, and client interactions
• manage timekeeping, attendance, and performance records.
