What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair arcade games
• manage daily arcade and redemption operations
• coordinate with technicians and vendors on equipment issues
• manage prize inventory, ordering, receiving, merchandising, and organization
• monitor sales, game performance, prize costs, and department metrics
• recommend games, prizes, promotions, and merchandising strategies
• lead, coach, and train team members
• assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and labor management
• address guest questions and concerns.
