It supports timely payments, billing, reconciliations, month-end close, and tax filings while coordinating with the CFO and finance team.

What you'll do

• Process vendor bills, credit memos, and employee expenses
• verify approvals and documentation
• maintain vendor records and resolve inquiries
• reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable
• process domestic and international payments, including multi-currency wires
• maintain vendor tax documentation and prepare 1099 forms
• create customer invoices and credit memos
• apply payments and follow up on past-due balances
• reconcile accounts receivable
• prepare aging and collections reports
• record transactions and monthly journal entries
• prepare bank reconciliations
• process intercompany activity in Sage Intacct
• support foreign exchange revaluation and month-end close across U.S. and Australian entities
• and work a flexible schedule that includes regular early afternoon or evening overlap with Australian business hours.
