What you'll do

• Support recruiting strategies, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring-manager coordination
• participate in job and career fairs and outreach
• assist with onboarding, I-9 verification, employee files, and orientation
• communicate HR policies and benefits in English and Spanish
• support employee relations and confidential documentation
• coordinate pre-employment checks
• maintain HR data and provide administrative support.
