Laundry Aide

The Laundry Aide role is onsite in Ballwin, MO; compensation is $13.75 per hour. Manchester Rehab and Healthcare’s Laundry department helps ensure residents have clean laundry and adequate linen supplies for daily needs. The aide sorts, washes, dries, folds, and delivers residents’ laundry while maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable department. The role also supports housekeeping coverage and follows facility procedures and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Sort soiled laundry, linens, and garments
• fold and deliver residents’ laundry daily
• load and empty washers and dryers
• arrange clothes in numerical sequence for delivery
• assist nursing staff with cleaning residents’ closets
• cross-train in housekeeping and cover extended illnesses
• follow compliance, safety, and isolation procedures
• report complaints, concerns, incidents, and equipment hazards.
