Scheduler IV – Capital Construction Project Controls

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules
• review contractor schedules and updates
• perform Critical Path Method analysis, Earned Value Management assessments, and time impact analyses
• evaluate recovery schedules, change orders, amendments, and construction claims
• analyze project costs and maintain cost-loaded schedules
• conduct site visits
• prepare and present reports
• coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
