The Lane Server supports guests’ entertainment-center experience by taking and delivering food and beverage orders, answering requests, and maintaining an organized work area. Guest service and menu knowledge help create a welcoming visit and encourage return visits.

What you'll do

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• learn and communicate menu items, promotions, and specials
• check back with guests
• respond to questions, requests, and issues
• help keep the center clean
• set up, stock, and organize the assigned work area
• recommend or upsell the center experience.
