What you'll do

• Greet customers, record orders, serve food and beverages, and answer menu questions
• enter orders into the point-of-sale system and accept payments
• prepare hot and cold subs to customer specifications while following cooking, safety, and sanitation procedures
• use kitchen equipment including knives, grills, and slicers
• clean tables, floors, kitchen utensils, and restrooms
• communicate with team members and management about schedules, training, and interpersonal issues
• address customer concerns professionally
• follow uniform and dress-code requirements.
