Registered Nurse (RN) – Occupational Health and Injury Case Management

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Occupational Health and Injury Case Management role is onsite in Colonial Heights, VA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pay is $38–$42 per hour. CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. The nurse supports workplace health programs through assessments, injury care, health education, and case coordination. The role helps monitor occupational health needs and document care and compliance under established protocols.

What you'll do

• Support and monitor occupational health programs
• develop health promotion programs with the supervising occupational physician
• prepare medical reports and occupational health procedures
• conduct job-specific assessments, pre-employment exams, and health surveillance
• provide first aid and manage work-related injuries and illnesses
• coordinate follow-up care
• perform phlebotomy and IV blood draws and administer immunizations as required
• evaluate, monitor, and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries.

Why this role
