Structural Metals Program Manager

• translate scope into schedules, resource plans, and logistics
• coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• track progress, manage risk, and adjust plans
• conduct site walks to check safety and quality
• communicate updates and changes
• maintain contracts, change orders, and progress records
• mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
