What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable and insurance follow-up for GI, endoscopy, ASC, and anesthesia services
• analyze aging reports and resolve outstanding claims and denied accounts
• handle denials, underpayments, appeals, claim corrections, and payer escalations
• monitor reimbursement trends, payer turnaround times, and collection performance
• coordinate with billing teams, providers, and operational leadership
• identify billing issues, revenue leakage, and workflow gaps
• review claim status, payment discrepancies, and unresolved balances
• follow up on commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care claims
• prepare reports
• support process improvement
• maintain compliance with payer guidelines and billing standards.
