• book, confirm, and update appointments in management software while coordinating with dispatchers and field personnel
• maintain customer profiles, service records, billing details, and interaction notes
• address routine inquiries and escalate complex issues
• perform electronic filing, maintain intake forms, and complete general office tasks.
