What you'll do

• Manage and monitor a private-credit and asset-based portfolio segment
• value investments and report on performance
• lead re-underwriting, structuring, amendments and add-on financings
• manage stressed-credit workouts and restructurings
• direct outside counsel in foreclosure and bankruptcy processes
• analyze markets, collateral, cash flows and capital structures
• present recommendations and draft investment committee memoranda
• mentor associates and analysts
• implement dashboards, reporting tools and AI-driven process improvements.
