The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Pay is $72,500–$94,000 per year, with compensation described as 80% base and 20% variable. The role supports the Aerospace Business Unit of a provider of industrial control and automation solutions for energy and power generation industries. The position supports customer growth by identifying opportunities, understanding technical requirements, and developing application solutions and proposals. It connects customers with engineering, quality, operations, and sales teams to support evaluations, qualifications, and program execution while contributing to account growth and revenue goals.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with aerospace OEMs, engine manufacturers, Tier 1 integrators, and defense and space organizations
• develop account growth strategies
• identify opportunities across commercial aviation, military, defense, and space programs
• lead customer reviews and planning discussions
• interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and aerospace standards
• collaborate on RFQs, product evaluations, and qualification programs
• support application development and program execution
• monitor industry trends and provide competitive insights
• help develop value propositions, pricing strategies, and presentations
• maintain CRM records, forecasts, and program updates.

Why this role
