Independent Living Skills Trainer

Job overview

The Independent Living Skills Trainer role is onsite in New Britain, CT. Pay is $17 to $17.20 per hour. Helping Others To Succeed Inc. supports people with disabilities, economic disadvantages, and other barriers in building independence and participating in their communities. The trainer works one-on-one or in groups to teach practical life skills, support self-advocacy, and help individuals navigate community resources. Progress documentation and collaboration with families, caregivers, and team members contribute to coordinated support.
