The Lathe Operator – 2nd or 3rd Shift role is onsite in Tonawanda, NY. Pay is $23–$30 per hour. The position is in Dynabrade Inc’s machine shop and supports production of precision parts to quality standards. The operator sets up and runs CNC lathe machinery, interprets blueprints, and checks parts for accuracy. By identifying defects and coordinating with quality control and production teammates, the role helps meet production goals while following safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machinery from blueprints
• edit machine programs when needed
• inspect parts for accuracy and quality
• identify defects and work with the QC team
• set up tools and machinery for projects
• follow safety procedures and company policies
• maintain a clean and safe work area. Shift options are 2nd shift, 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m., or 3rd shift, 11:30 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
