Maintenance Supervisor — Meadow Creek and Cedarwood

What you'll do

• Monitor maintenance expenses against budget
• inspect grounds
• prepare vacant units through painting, cleaning, and maintenance
• complete service requests and preventive maintenance
• maintain landscaping and remove snow
• keep maintenance and weather records
• maintain tools and equipment
• supervise contractors and personnel
• conduct quarterly unit inspections
• provide emergency resident support after office hours.
