The Manager, Engagement and Awards role is hybrid in Lawrence Township, NJ, with a starting salary range of $65,000–$70,000 per year. ISPOR’s staff works onsite two days per week, and remote arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. The role is part of the Membership and Engagement department and supports ISPOR’s mission to advance health economics and outcomes research. The manager leads awards and travel-grant programs, coordinating governance, nominations, judging, communications, vendors, ceremonies, and complex timelines. The role also supports volunteer and community engagement and communicates the global impact of awards activities in alignment with ISPOR’s strategic priorities.

What you'll do

• Lead the Awards Council and its committees
• manage awards program timelines, nominations, judging, promotion, winner support, communications, vendors, materials, and ceremony development
• oversee the Travel Grant Program
• catalogue and communicate program impact
• lead community and volunteer engagement
• assist with business plans and budgets
• manage projects within approved budgets
• provide onsite meeting support as needed.

Why this role
