What you'll do

• Diagnose and treat patients in person or via telemedicine
• recommend individualized, cost-effective treatment plans
• counsel patients on wellness and provide medical education
• coordinate acute and long-term care with internal teams
• prescribe medication in accordance with Massachusetts statutes and professional guidelines
• maintain and review patient records
• post test and examination results and ensure timely follow-up
• coordinate with specialty providers
• review incoming reports and follow up
• participate in peer review, quality assurance, and provider meetings
• assist with updating and implementing practice protocols as requested.
